Chicago Turnkey Properties began as a real estate investment firm with one goal: to build a strong portfolio of residential rental properties and help others do the same. We specialized in acquiring and redeveloping single-family homes and small multi-unit properties — offering fully renovated, cash-flowing turnkey rentals to investors who wanted to benefit from real estate without the time commitment of doing it themselves.
In the early years, we outsourced property management. But as our portfolio grew and our investor clients asked us to manage the properties they purchased from us, we realized something important: no one would manage these properties with the same care, urgency, and investor focus that we would.
So, in 2015, we launched Chicago Turnkey Properties Management Services, initially managing our in-house portfolio and our clients’ investments. Over time, we’ve built a management system that is driven by performance, backed by smart technology, and built to adapt to the evolving real estate landscape — from changing regulations and rising costs to higher tenant expectations and emerging tech tools.
Today, we continue to refine our systems, train our team, and stay ahead of the market — all to ensure that every property we manage performs at its highest potential.
